  Renewable energy has been in development for some time. Generator bearings, blade bearings, and contact points on the blades also require lubrication. Since lubricant replacement is also expensive, operators aim for a service life of at least three to five years for the lubricant.

Inspection components

  Bolts and related components are among the most critical parts of any wind turbine. Incorporating a comprehensive bolt inspection process into all maintenance procedures helps ensure optimal performance.
  Bolts are vital to the structural integrity of wind turbines, playing a crucial role in the operation of blades, hubs, foundations, towers, and nacelles. On average, a single wind turbine requires up to 25,000 bolts and associated components. Failure of a bolted assembly can lead to accelerated deterioration or damage to the turbine.

Lubrication and Maintenance

 **The operating condition of the drive system, including monitoring for wear

Technicians may identify issues during the process—such as those revealed during predictive maintenance—potentially extending the total time required for maintenance.
